Coming into this fight, i had my bets on Manhoef, with him being the one with a strong highlight reel of crazy knockouts. Don't get me wrong, Lawler is a good fighter too, but, Lawler is a Boxer / Wrestler, and Manhoef is a a super talented Muay Thai fighter, and you ever ask me what's a tougher fighting style, i'll ALWAYS say Muay Thai. And shit, Manhoef's leg kicks in this fight were CRAZY! Every time they'd connect Lawlor's leg would fly up above his head. Then he lands a massive right overhand on Manhoef.. As much as i think it was a lucky punch, Manhoef was the stupid one for leaving his hands down and his chin up. But hey, i'm not the one in the cage, so i won't judge, haha. Top fight though!

Spanish producer Elfer and The 49ers have teamed up to release a free online maxi-single, and a new vinyl. The two songs included on the single are Hip-Hop’s Taking Over My Mind & What Ya Life Like?. The single is expected to be released in June 2010. “It’s always good to bring the Sound to a new market..” said Jas Mace. “Its cool that Spain, is going to get a chance to rock that 49ers, with my boy Ko The Knockout” said Marchitect.

I was talking to Navid B last night, and he sent me this.. It's a collaborative production project between SoulChef, and himself.. Showcasing the artist line up, and what to expect in the future from Blue Bottle Records :) And no doubt, am i excited ! They've got artists like Jas Mace & Marchitect (The 49ers), Ine, Nieve, Noah King, Hy-Definiton, and many more.. The 'EP' is a solid mix of RnB, Soul & Hip Hop.. And when i say RnB, i don't mean "Girl I Wanna Get In Your Panties" RnB, i mean, RnB the way it should be. All of the tracks on this EP were produced by Navid B (Australia) & SoulChef (New Zealand). SCOPE-E-TONE RECORDS was a joint venture between Bronx rapper Ezra (EZ ACE ) Nanton and Roosevelt, Long Island producer Dez Dottin (Dez D) in the early 90's.This was the labels first and only release. Dottin was commissioned by ,Bronx label, Groovement Ent. to produce Nanton's first album but the label soon folded in the interim. Dottin and Nanton stayed together. It didn't take them long to conclude with Nanton's ability to paint vivid heartfelt stories over Dottin's smooth grooves, Another Smooth Alliance was born. They went on to cut and archive 20 more titles that are still yet to be released.

Dal J'Ones is part of the group Deep In Da Circle from NYC. The members of the group are Tamir the MasterMind, Dal J'Ones & Ghetto Blues (aka Suga Marv, now known as Jetlag Ash). They released their debut 12" single in 1996 called "Stardom / I" and followed with an EP in 1999 titled "So (Where I Live At)" and the CD album "Circle Status". In 1999 Dal J'Ones also released his solo 12" single "Dynasty" on Hang 'Em High Entertainment. This wax got only one track, but i think it's a really dope one! Produced by Nora Moss for Hang 'Em High Entertainment, Executice Producers are L. Williams & A. Harris and mixed by Kenny McDonald at No Mystery Studios.

Man, what can i say about this album ? Besides the fact that it's fucking classic and the song "Early Morning" is stuck in my head and i can't get it the fuck out cause it's so good! I'm currently tryna scrape together $12 so i can get the limited edition 12" LP of the album.. And i can honestly say, when i do buy it, and it arrives at my door.. Bio - Arts the Beatdoctor is a Dutch producer from Utrecht, The Netherlands. With his debut EP “Fragments” in 2006, the beatdoctor showed his musical diversity with a collection of jazz inflicted hip-hop tracks which were mostly characterized by their nightly atmosphere. With his full-length debut album “Transitions” in 2007 he continued on this road in a truly original way. The album featured 15 tracks, and was the product of three years of sampling, tweaking and composing. Comparisons to artists such as DJ Shadow, DJ Krush and RJD2 spring to mind with his blend of atmospheric and cinematic hip-hop beats.

The second joint was recorded before theWord…Lifesessions, sometime in ‘93 and has that classic earlyBuckwildproduction and sees O.C. in focused, story-telling mode.
